First Time Boxing?
Arrive 15 mins early for your first class
We’ll check you in, wrap your hands, and teach the basics with you one on one, so you feel like a Pro before the session begins.
You will learn the boxing stance, punches, and defense, plus what to expect during the session.
What to Bring, What to Wear?
You’ll need boxing gloves and hand wraps for class.
Bring your own if you have them, or use ours — available at check-in.
Boxing gloves and boxing hand wraps are also available purchase.

Our sessions are all about having fun, staying active, and enjoying a positive environment where everyone feels welcome.
